I understand that babies are NOT predictable. If you cannot make a class or have to cancel I will try my best to offer solutions on an individual basis. Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can work something out.

Please note:

• Alternate class options may be offered if you have to cancel within 12 hours but this is depending on availability

• Refunds can not always be processed if cancelled within 12 hours

• All vouchers must be used within 3 months of purchase

• If you cannot make all your classes within a course please contact me when booking to discuss
